How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All your date is secured from hackers with SSL certifcate, so there is no need to worry about unwanted charges. Should you see any iregular charges however please contact us and your nominated bank.
What exactly happens after ordering?
- Once you have placed a order it is automattically set to on hold until we can confirm payment has been made
- After payement has been made your order will be set by us to processing this generally done between office hours only
- Once your order has been shipped it will be set to completed and a tracking number will be sent to your email you supplied to us at ordering. If for some reason you have no recieved it pleas check your spam folder. Alternatively you can track your order via the order tracking link under about us Menu. You will need your order number and email address for this
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
After you have completed your order you will be emailed an order confirmation if you dont recieve this please check your junk or spam folder as often they may appear there.
